Day 7

Today has been an easy day. Slept until I wanted to wake up, had a quite morning and no long drives in the car. Actually we only drove in a car to a cemetery and we did not have to drive our car. Greg was kind enough to do that. Thanks!! Today we met with Pattie and Frank, Pattie’s brother Greg his wife Bonnie, daughter Aimee and granddaughter Lily. Thank you to all of them for taking time from their day to meet us. Had lunch together (this is beginning to be a habit) shared photos and talk about family. That is why we are here. Pattie and Al that we met with yesterday are cousins. Pattie’s grandfather and Al’s father are brothers. You may ask why not meet everyone together? It is easier to meet a few people at a time as you get to know each of them much better. Tomorrow we leave Enid Oklahoma and get back in the car for a short drive and meeting more Vculeks.
Since we have a break today it is time to clean out the van. It is amazing how things get a mess when you are in and out of it daily.
